ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Neumann College men's golf team finished 10th/12 at the two-day Muhlenberg Invitational.
Day one of the invitational was played the Center Valley Country Club. The Knights were tied for 10th with Penn State-Harrisburg after the first day of play, shooting a 343 on the par 72, 6,557 yard course. Mike Marenic led Neumann, shooting an 81. Thomas Moran shot an 84, Matthew Waddington had an 87, Richard Brandel shot a 91 and Chris Donohue finished the afternoon with a 93.
Day two of the invitational was played at the Lehigh Country Club. The team once again shot a 343 on a par 70, 6,557 yard course. Marenic led Neumann with a 79 and a two-day total of 160 to tie for 13th place. Moran finished day two shooting a 92 for a two-day total of 176. Brandel and Donohue both finished with a total score of 178.
