Men's Soccer Ties Griffins

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men’s soccer team tied Gwynedd-Mercy College, 1-1, Tuesday afternoon in a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) contest.
The Griffins scored in the first half when Matthew Meier scored in the 27th minute.
With time winding down in the second half, Joe Larkins crossed the ball from the corner. The ball went through Andrew Raimundo and Zach Sell knocked it in.
The Knights outshot the Griffins 28-7. Zac Ratliff made three saves in net. Sell notched his seventh goal of the season.
Neumann is now 8-7-2 overall and 6-1-1 in the conference. The Knights will wrap up regular season play in Saturday against Marywood.
