GWYNEDD VALLEY, Pa. – The Neumann College men’s lacrosse team fell to Gwynedd-Mercy College, 11-6, Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.
Down 1-0 after the first quarter, Neumann scored the first two goals of the second quarter to take a 2-1 lead. The Knights held a 3-2 advantage at the half.
The Griffins scored six straight goals in the third quarter to take control of the game, 9-4. Neumann could only score two more goals in the game and fell 11-6.
Neumann will travel to Cabrini on Tuesday for a CSAC match-up. Game time is set for 3:30 p.m.
