Men's Golf Places 10th in Lebanon

LEBANON, Pa. – The Neumann College men’s golf team finished tenth at the Lebanon Valley Spring Invitational Monday afternoon at the Lebanon Country Club.
Dickinson College finished first in the pool of 19 with a total of 317. The Lebanon Valley College White team placed second, 323, and Messiah College came in third, 324. Widener finished five shots ahead of Neumann in ninth place with a score of 330. The Knights had a score of 335. Cabrini placed 11th with 340.
Michael Marenic led the Knights, shooting a 79 on the par 72, 6,564 yard course. Shane Howey shot an 82 on the afternoon. Matthew Waddington was the third for Neumann to finish with an 84. Chris Donohue and Jeremy Gates wrapped up the Knights scoring, both shooting 90.
Neumann till tee-off against Widener and Swarthmore on Thursday at the Springhaven Country Club.
