Cross Country Begins Second Season since Being Reinstated

Since reinstating the cross country program last season, head coach Roland Whiting looks to guide the Neumann University men’s and women’s cross country teams in their second season.
With men from last season returning and several new freshmen coming into the program, the Knights will field a complete team at each meet this coming season.
Headlining the women’s cross country team will be Kelly Rehder, who was named second team all-conference last season. Although it’s been some time since she ran competitively, Rehder experience should help her to be one of the top performers for Neumann.
“Consistency is Key”, expressed by Coach Whiting for this coming season.
With the interest of both teams growing, the Knights will look forward to a competitive and successful season. Neumann will open its season at the Sea Gull Opener at Salisbury University.
