ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's golf team was picked to finished third in the pre-season poll, announced the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) office.
Cabrini was picked to finished first with 47 points and five first place votes and Keystone was picked second with 42 votes and one first place finish.
Neumann has 32 votes and one first place finish.
The team is hoping to improve on their strong fall season performance into the spring. The team is led by Captain Shane Howey, Rich Brandel, and Matt Waddington. The strong senior class will provide both experience and leadership for the upcoming season. The Knights will be strong competition for their conference opponents and hopes to be a strong contender for the conference title.
The Knights will sharpen their skills on the link during their annual Myrtle Beach trip February 28th.
