SCRANTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men’s lacrosse team was doubled-up by Marywood University, 10-5, Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

Mike Pantelone scored four goals for the Knights. Matt Toth added two assists. Andrew Neubauer made 17 saves in net.

Neumann was held scoreless in the first half. Marywood netted five goals for a 5-0 advantage at the half.

Pantelone put the Knights on the board with 6:12 left in the third quarter. Neumann came alive in the fourth quarter when it scored four goals in the final 6:13, however, the first half deficit was too much to overcome and the Knights fell 10-5.

Neumann (1-6, 0-1 CSAC) will host Gwynedd-Mercy on Wednesday in CSAC action beginning at 4 p.m.
