AVONDALE, Pa . - The Neumann University golf team finished third out of six teams at the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Championship.
Keystone won its first CSAC Championship finishing the two-day tournament with a score of 647 (331-316). Cabrini was the runner-up, just two shots behind Keystone, 649 (321-328).
Neumann finished third with a two-day total of 649 (329-346). Philadelphia Biblical placed fourth with a score of 689 (339-350). Immaculata (697-349-348) and Centenary (712-353-359) rounded out the scoring. Baptist Bible did not complete the second round.
Chris Donohue led the Knights in the two-day tournament, placing eighth overall with a total of 165 (82-83). Thomas Moran tied for ninth on the par 70, 6.516 yard course with a score of 166 (80-86). Shane Howey came in 14th (171-82-89). Matt Waddington tied in 17th place (173-85-88) and Rich Brandel finished in 22nd (178-85-93).
