HERSHEY, Pa. – The Neumann University golf team competed at the Med-Atlantic Region Invitational over the weekend at the Hershey Country Club. The Knights finished tied for 12th out of 15 teams.

Wesley College placed first, shooting a 614 in the two-day competition. Susquehanna University and McDaniel College tied in second place with a 615. Neumann tied in 12th place with Rutgers-Camden with a two-day score of 650.

Chris Donahue and Shane Howey led the Knights on the par 71, 7,061 yard course. Both shot an 83-78-161 in the two-day tournament. Rich Brandel had an 82-83-165 in the two days. Thomas Moran shot an 87-81-168 and Keith Mastonardo rounded out the Knights scoring with an 82-88-170.

Neumann will host the Neumann Invitational tomorrow afternoon with Immaculata and Villanova beginning at 1 p.m.
