CAPE COD, Mass. – The Neumann University baseball team’s season continues as it has received a bid to the ECAC South Region Tournament.

Wesley College was tabbed as the No. 1 seed. Neumann will enter as the No. 2 seed. Both teams receive byes in first round action on Wednesday.

Neumann will face the winner of the 3/6 game between Grove City College (No. 3) and La Roche College (No. 6) in the semifinals. The other first round game is between No. 4 Bethany and No. 5 Penn State-Altoona.

The Knights competed in their second straight Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Tournament this past weekend. Neumann fell in a semifinal match-up against Gwynedd-Mercy.

The first pitch for Neumann is slated for 9 a.m. on Saturday in Dover, Del. The winners of the two semifinals games will play for the Championship at 4 p.m.
