EASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's tennis team saw its season come to an end with a 5-0 loss to Marywood University in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) semifinals on Friday afternoon.

Breanne Klar and Sarah Schroeder fell 8-2 at first doubles. Cherie Allen and Heather Nicholson dropped an 8-1 decision at third doubles. In second doubles, Gabrielle Porcelli and Teresa Kozin fell 8-0.

Allen fell in her fifth singles match 6-0, 6-0. To wrap up the match, Porcelli lost 6-1, 6-2.

Marywood advances to the CSAC Championship and will face Gwynedd-Mercy tomorrow for the Title. The Griffins defeated Keystone 6-0 in the other semifinal.

Neumann finishes its season 9-7 overall and 8-2 in conference action.
