The Neumann University Department of Recreation offers a variety of wellness activites for current students, faculty, and staff members! All of the programs are completely completely 100% FREE to join and are offered weekly throughout the Fall and Spring Semesters.

YOGA
Yoga offers improvements in strength and flexibility, breath work, and stress management. The wellness Yoga class is a hatha yoga class where students will learn topics from breathing to Yoga poses to stress management. All level students will enjoy this program.

How to Participate:
  1. Go to Neumann's site onIMLeagues.comand create Account
  2. Once your account is activated, you can sign up for an individual sport:
    1. Log into your IMLeagues.com account
    2. Click the "Neumann University" link
    3. Click the "Wellness Programs" link (just below Neumann University)
    4. Search by class or schedule
    5. Click the "Sign-Up" (green button) link next to the date of choice
