JoHanna Metzger, of the women’s basketball team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week.

She was also named to the CSAC Honor Roll.

Metzger led the Knights to a 2-0 week in conference action. The freshman averaged 16.5 points and 9.5 rebounds while shooting 52.1 percent from the field.

In Monday’s win over Immaculata, Metzger had a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds. Against Baptist Bible, she had 16 points and eight rebounds.

For the season, Metzger is averaging 12.4 points and 7.7 rebounds per game in 18 contests.
