Todd Del Sordo, of the men’s tennis team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week. 

The junior was also named the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Player of the Week.

Del Sordo picked up key conference wins this week for the Knights. He and partner Stephen Moran (sr. Wilmington, Del. / Layton Prep) went 3-0 this week in doubles action, defeating Gwynedd 8-4, Baptist 8-0 and Marywood 9-8 (7-0).

DelSordo also went 3-0 in his fifth singles position defeating all three conference teams, Gwynedd 6-4 6-0, Baptist 6-2 6-2, and Marywood. His biggest battle was defeating Marywood on Sunday afternoon in a three set battle winning 7-6(7-4), 6-7(3-7), 6-3 to help the Knights to a 5-4 edge to clinch an undefeated conference record.
