Matt Gibney, of the men's ice hockey team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week. 

Gibney, who was named the UCHC Goalie of the week, was in net as the Knights picked up two big UCHC wins: 3-2 over Nazareth and 3-2 over No. 9/8 Utica. In both games, the senior made over 30 saves for the win. Against Nazareth, Gibney made 37 saves followed by 32 against Utica. With the two wins, Neumann clinched a postseason berth in the inaugural UCHC tournament.
