Kaitlyn Conrad, of the women's lacrosse team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the week.
Conrad was also named the Atlantic East Offensive Player of the Week. She led Neumann's attack this week as the team went 2-1 in its three games. In Monday's 18-6 win over Holy Family, she had 11 points on eight goals and three assists. In Thursday's 15-14 overtime win at Alvernia, she tallied three goals and two assists, including the game-tying goal late in the contest to send it to overtime. In Saturday's 21-11 loss at Elizabethtown, she recorded seven more goals, hitting the 200-goal milestone for her career. For the week, she registered 18 goals and five assists for 23 points.
