Helen Cooney, of the women's ice hockey team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week.

Cooney was outstanding for the Knights this past weekend, picking up shutout road wins at Chatham and Lebanon Valley and was named the UCHC Goaltender of the Week. The senior net-minder stopped 30 shots in a 6-0 win at Chatham on Friday evening and followed that up by making 18 saves in a 2-0 victory at Lebanon Valley. She now has three shutouts on the season to go along with a 1.58 goals against average and a 0.953 save percentage.
