Neumann University Athletics

Katelyn Brown, of the women's ice hockey team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week. 

Brown was outstanding for Neumann in two victories over Alvernia this past weekend. The senior forward had six points in the two wins as she became just the fourth player in program history to eclipse the 100-point plateau in her career. In Friday's 3-2 win over the Golden Wolves, she assisted on the game winning goal. In Saturday's wild 7-6 win versus Alvernia, she recorded five points (2 g, 3 a) including the game-winning assist.
