Neumann University Athletics

Jalen Vaughns, of the men's basketball team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week. 

Vaughns averaged 22.0 points and 8.0 rebounds in a 2-0 week for Neumann at the TCNJ Tip-Off Tournament. Vaughns was named the tournament MVP. In the win over Penn State Altoona, the junior scored 17 points. In the win over TCNJ, Vaughns netted 27 points and 11 rebounds for another double-double on the season. The junior also tallied one steal per game. In an exhibition game earlier in the week, Vaughns scored 16 points against DI Wagner.

Vaughns was also named the Atlantic East Defensive Player of the Week.
