Shawn Vega, of the baseball team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week.

Vega batted .611 (11-for-18) in a 3-1 week for Neumann and was named the Atlantic East Hitter of the Week. Of his 11 hits he had two doubles and two home runs. He also scored 10 runs, while knocking in seven more. In the first game of the week, the senior was 5-for-5 at the plate in a 23-12 win at Lancaster Bible. He had a double, homerun, and scored six runs in the game. He had a hit in all four games for the Knights, while finishing the week slugging 1.056.
