Yancy Whitaker, of the men's ice hockey team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the Week.

Whitaker led the Knights with five points on two goals and three assists and was plus-2, leading to a 2-1 record on the week, all against UCHC opponents. He began the week with a goal and two assists in a 6-2 win at Arcadia on Tuesday. Whitaker followed that up with a goal in an assist against Chatham on Friday night and added one shot in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Cougars. For his efforts, he was also named the UCHC Player of the Week.
