Scranton. The win moves the Knights to 6-11 (6-5 PAC) on the year while the Pacers fall to 2-13 (2-8 PAC).

 

Biagi netted the only goal of the first half at the 15:37 mark when she finished off a Michelle Coderre pass to put the Knights up 1-0.  Neumann would then come out strong in the second half, putting the game away with a four-goal outburst.  Samantha Lafferty scored off another Coderre assist just over a minute into the second half as the Knights built a 2-0 lead. Play would be even for the next nineteen minutes until Biagi netter her second goal of the game in the 58th minute off a Lafferty assist.  Andrea White would then feed DiFonzo for her first goal of the day at the 61:49 mark.  DiFonzo would then finish off the scoring on the day with another goal just 30-second later off another Lafferty assist.

 

Neumann's Chelsea Ward and Katie Kucherack combined for the shutout win with Kucherack stopping both shots she faced.  Marywood's Stephanie Ziemski recorded five saves in the loss.  Neumann returns to action on Tuesday when they play host to Cabrini College at 4:00 pm.
