Allentown, Pa. - Neumann scored three straight goals in the first 15 minutes of play to lift the Knights past PAC foe Cedar Crest College 4-1 in field hockey action on Saturday afternoon. Rachel Mease tallied two goals for the Knights, while senior Michelle Coderre and sophomore Rachael DiCicco added a goal apiece.
Today's win was the 7th of the season for the Knights who move to 7-8 overall and 5-3 in the PAC. Cedar Crest falls to 1-11 and 1-9 in the PAC.
Neumann took a 25-2 shot advantage over the Falcons and took all 17 of the game's penalty corners.
The Knights will enjoy three days off before returning to action on October 17th at DeSales University. Game time is set for 4:00 p.m.
