DREXEL HILL, Pa. – The Neumann College women's soccer team defeated Penn State-Abington, 2-1, Saturday afternoon at Msgr. Bonner High School.

Stacey Miklosey got Neumann (3-10-1) on the board quickly, scoring just 1:28 into the game. Penn-State would tie the game at one at the 14:53 mark.

The Knights would break the tie 20 minutes into the game as Alyssa Collazo scored off a pass from Heather Hopkins. That would be all Neumann would need to take the 2-1 victory.

Vicky Segal made three saves in net for the Knights as Penn State was held to six shots in the game. Neumann had 26 shots in the contest.

Neumann will host Baptist Bible on Monday at Sun Valley High School in a make-up game from earlier in the season. Game time is set for 3:30 p.m.
