Women's Soccer drops 3-0 decision to Baptist Bible

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann College women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to Baptist Bible College Monday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action at Sun Valley High School.
 

Baptist Bible (10-2, 5-2 CSAC) opened the scoring off a corner kick 20 minutes into the contest. Carly Harper launched the corner kick right to Jessica Pollock for the tally. Four minutes later, Brittney Dewalt added to the defenders lead off a pass from Erin Law. Bible Baptist took the 2-0 into the break.

Two-and-a-half minutes into the second half, Law netted a goal to give the defenders the 3-0 lead. Vicky Segal made four saves in net for Neumann (3-11-1, 1-4 CSAC). Melanie Williams had three saves for Baptist Bible. 

The Knights all wore pink socks as the fall teams promote “Sock it to Breast Cancer”.

Neumann will travel to Immaculata University on Saturday for a CSAC match-up. The game is set to start at 1 p.m.
