ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team defeated Notre Dame (Md.) Tuesday evening in a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) game.
Gina Juliano scored both goals for the Knights. Maria Tivoli and Ana Galt assisted on the goals. Jacqueline McAllister made one save in the shutout.
Juliano scored both goals in the second half. She opened the scoring in the 54th minute, from Tivoli. The senior then capped the win with an insurance goal with just over five minutes left on the clock from Galt.
Neumann improves to 6-5-1 on the season and 2-2 in the conference. The Knights travel to Baptist Bible on Saturday for a CSAC contest. The game is slated to begin at 1 p.m.
