ARLINGTON, Va. – The Neumann University women's basketball team defeated Marymount University in the Marymount Marine Corps Tip-Off Saturday evening.

Krista DiRomualdo netted 25 points in the win to lead the Knights. She connected on six from beyond the three-point line. Kieran Young and Katie Young each added nine points.

Neumann jumped out to an early lead, scoring the first 10 points of the game. The Knights kept their lead the entire half and took a 25-14 lead into halftime.

The Knights didn't let up in the second half and led by as many as 20 during the half to come away with the 54-35 win.
