Men's Soccer to Play in the CSAC Championship Game Saturday

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's soccer team will play for the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Championship on Saturday. The Knights will face the Pacers of Marywood University at 3 p.m. at the turf field.

Neumann entered the postseason as the No. 1 seed. Marywood is the No. 2 seed. The Knights defeated Centenary in the semifinals 2-0. Ryan Bushbeck scored and added an assist in the win. Lee Collins also scored. Marywood defeated Cabrini 3-1 to advance to the Championship game.

On the season, Zach Sell and Evan Morgan lead the team with 28 points each. Sell has a team-high 12 assists and added eight goals. Morgan has notched 10 goals and eight assists.

Andrew Leissing leads the team with 11 goals. He also has three assists for 25 points. Michael Frei has notched seven goals and seven assists in 2010 for 21 points.

Bob Mastrillo is 13-3-1 in net for Neumann. In 17 games, he has a 0.92 goals-against-average.

In their meeting earlier this season, the Knights defeated the Pacers 3-1. Frei, Morgan and Alfred-Baa-Adomako scored for Neumann. Mastrillo made six saves in net.

The winner of the game will receive the CSAC's automatic qualifier for the NCAA Tournament.
