ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's tennis team defeated Rosemont College, 9-0, Wednesday afternoon to open Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

The Knights opened the match by sweeping doubles action. At first doubles, Chris Brown and Dan Harnos won 8-1. The duo of Greg Bridgeman and Brian Crispin took the second doubles match, 8-3. Abe Joseph and Greg Christiansen wrapped up doubles action with an 8-0 win at third doubles.

Andrew Raimundo opened singles action with a 6-1, 6-2 win at sixth singles. Brown took first singles, 6-0, 6-1. Bridgeman won second singles, 6-0, 6-0 while at third singles, Crispin won 6-0, 6-1. Harnos (8-0) and Christensen (8-1) took their fourth and fifth singles matches, respectively, to wrap-up the match.

Neumann (3-1, 1-0 CSAC) will host Scranton on Sunday in non-conference action beginning at 1 p.m.
