ASTON, Pa. - In Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action, the Neumann Knights
welcomed the Rosemont College Ravens into the Mirenda Center with a 76-47 win Saturday afternoon.

Katie Young of the Knights kept her double-double streak alive dropping 13 points and bringing down 10 boards. Other key contributors for the Knights were Bethany Humenik with 15 points and nine rebounds and Krista DiRomualdo having 14 points and four boards.

The Ravens were led by Heather Daneker with 15 points and Ashley Montecchio adding eight points and 13 rebounds.

The Knights sat in the driver seat for most of the game. Neumann built up an early nine point lead, 16-7, with 13:11 left on the clock. The Ravens then scored the next 10 point over a two and a half minute span to take a 17-16 advantage. DiRomulado hit a three-pointer to put the Knights back on top, 19-17, a lead they would not lose again. Neumann held a 31-19 lead at halftime.

In the second half, Neumann held control of the game and would lead by as many as 33 points.

With the win, Neumann improves to 8-6 overall and 5-0 in the CSAC. Rosemont drops to 4-8 overall and 2-4 in CSAC play.

Next up for Neumann, the Knights travel to Gwynedd Monday night for a CSAC matchup against the Griffins. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m.
