ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team improved to 4-0 in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action with a 3-1 win over Baptist Bible College on Saturday afternoon.

Megan Malstrom opened the scoring, off a pass from Jordyn Agresta, in the 27^th minute. The Knights held the ball in the Defenders half of the field for the majority first half and the defense did not allow a shot. Meghan Garsey put the ball in the net in the 43^rd minute for a 2-0 Knights lead at the half.

Tonia Russo put the Knights up 3-0 n the 66^th minute after a scrum in front of the net. The Defenders spoiled the shutout bid with a goal in the 73^rd minute.

Briana King started in net and made three saves on four shot in 73+ minutes. Brittany Russ played the final 16 minutes and did not face a shot.

Neumann is now 7-3 overall with its sixth straight win and will travel to Cabrini College on Wednesday for a conference game beginning at 6:30 PM.
