AVONDALE, Pa. – The Neumann University golf team finished 12th out of 13 teams after the second day of the Immaculata University Fall Invitational on Monday morning.
The Knights shot a 339 on Sunday and a 365 on Monday for a total of 704. LaSalle University came in first with a two day score of 595 (292-303). SUNY-Delhi places second (607-300-307) and Swarthmore College finished third (608-314-294).
Tyler Hiriak paced the Knights, finishing with a two day total of 166 (82-84) on the par 70, 6,401 yard course.
Chris Donohue finished the tournament with a 172 (85-87). Bruce Bandos shot a 181 (90-91), Matt Redfield 185 (82-103) and Brendan Thompson rounded out the scoring with a 206 (101-105).
The invitational wraps-up the fall season for the golf team. Neumann will get back on the course in the spring.
