ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's soccer team advanced to the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Championship game with a 1-0 win in double overtime against Gwynedd-Mercy College in a semifinal match-up Thursday afternoon.
Shawn Kee netted the game-winning goal in the 106th minute off a corner kick. Andy Attah assisted on the goal.
Bob Mastrillo made five saves in net to help the Knights to their second straight Championship contest.
The 2011 CSAC Championship will be a rematch with Marywood University, who Neumann defeated for the 2010 title. The two teams will meet at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
