ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team fell to Cabrini College 1-0 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Championship game on Saturday afternoon.

This was the first appearance in the Championship game for the Knights.

The only goal of the game came just three minutes into the contest.

Neumann did not go quietly as it kept having chances until the buzzer sounded. Nica Meccariello had a shot just go wide in the final 20 minutes of the game.

Briana King made three saves in net.

Neumann (12-6-1) will now wait for the ECAC Tournament to come out to see if its season continues.
