ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's soccer team fell to Richard Stockton College 2-1 in overtime it the 2011 season opener on Thursday evening.

The Knights got on the board first in the 21^st minute when Andrew Leissing scored from Dan Chrashewsky.

The Ospreys tied the game up at one as Anthony Pira scored off a pass from Brian Thomsen in the 35^th minute.

The teams would play a scoreless second half and the game went into overtime. In the 94^th minute, Pat Rafferty netted the game winner from a scum in front of the net off an assist from Ben Gery to win the game.

Bob Mastrillo made three saves in net. The Knights managed 12 shots towards the Osprey's net.

Neumann will next host Haverford College on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m.
