ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team opened its 2011 season with a 1-0 loss to Arcadia University on Thursday evening.

The lone goal of the game came in the 72^nd minute off of a corner kick. Arcadia's Kim Canfield headed the ball into the net off the corner kick by Rachel Dolly.

Jacqueline McAllister made 14 saves in net for Neumann. Olivia Pryzbylkowski had three shots on goal.

Neumann is right back on the field on Saturday when it travels to Washington (Md.) College. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m.
