No. 15 Garnets Pour In Three Goals Against Men's Soccer

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Neumann University men's soccer dropped a 3-0 decision against non-conference opponents Swarthmore College Monday evening.

The Knights came out flat conceding a goal in the 2^nd minute of play.

The Knights withstood the torrential downpour, but weren't able to contain the Garnets as they were able to find their second goal of the game when a ball was served in to the penalty from the corner and the ball was tucked away in the 34^th minute.

The last goal came in the 73^rd minute and the Knights weren't able to settle in against the No. 15 Swarthmore Garnets.

The Garnets took advantage on all fronts with a 16 to six shot advantage. Alex Lacko made six saves.

The men's soccer team (9-5-2) host Marywood University on Wednesday October 17^th. The game is slated for 4 p.m. in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) game. Both teams are undefeated in the CSAC.
