ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Neumann University women's basketball team defeated Cedar Crest College, 92-35, on Monday evening in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

Bethany Humenik led the Knights with 18 points. Brittany Wood added 13 points, including three baskets from downtown. All 16 members of the team contributed to the 92 points.

The team shot 54.8% from the floor.

Neumann took control of the game from the beginning, scoring the first 13 points of the contest. The Knights held a 51-29 lead at halftime.

The Knights kept the pressure on during the second half and cruised to the 92-35 win.

Neumann is now 2-3 overall and 2-0 in the conference. The Knights travel to Gwynedd-Mercy on Wednesday evening for a doubleheader with the men's team beginning at 6:00 PM.
