ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's basketball team fell to Rosemont College, 87-68, on Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action.

Erica Marvel led the Knights with 14 points. Colleen Hinde notched 12 while Bethany Humenik added 10.

The Ravens came into today's game ready to play. After being tied at four with 17:48 on the clock in the first half, Rosemont went on a 24-4 run for a 28-8 lead with 11:18 left in the first half.

Neumann and Rosemont would match baskets for the rest of the first half, but the lead the Ravens build stood 44-27 at the half.

The teams were evenly matched in the second half, even as the Knights hoped for a comeback, however, the deficit from the first part of the game was too much to overcome.

Neumann (2-5, 2-2 CSAC) will host Manhattanville on December 17 in non-conference action beginning at 6:00 PM.
