HOWEY IN THE HILLS, Fla. – The Neumann University golf team completed its first day of its first NCAA Tournament on Tuesday.
Oglethorpe leads the standings with a team score of 285. Claremont Mudd Scripps and Christopher Newport are tied for second place with a 289.
The Knights competed on the par 72, 6,926 yard El Campeon course. Neumann finished day one shooting a 368 and sit in last place of the 41 team tournament.
Tyler Hiriak leads the Knights, shooting an 83. Bruce Bandos had a 94, Jeremy Gates, 95, Ryan Dreger 96 and Chris Donohue 99.
Neumann will tee-off tomorrow starting at 7:50 AM on the Las Colinas course.
