LA PLUME, Pa. – The Neumann University women's basketball team picked up an 84-57 win at Keystone College in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action on Saturday afternoon.

JoHanna Metzger picked up a double-double with 24 points and 17 rebounds. Bethany Humenik also notched 24 points and 10 rebounds for her own double-double. The senior was just shy of a triple-double as she dished out seven assists.

Both teams made some runs to start the game and the score was tied at 18 with 8:16 left in the first half. The Knights went on to score the next nine points and closed out the half on a 27-5 run for a 45-23 lead advantage.

The run gave Neumann the cushion it needed as it did not let Keystone chip its way back into the game. The Knights largest lead was 36 points, 68-32.

Neumann improves to 7-10 overall and 5-3 in CSAC action. The Knights host Immaculata on Monday evening in conference action beginning at 7:00 PM.
