FREDERICK, Md. – The Neumann University cross country team's competed at the 6^th Annual Hood College Open on Saturday.

The women finished ninth out of 12 teams with 202 points. Bethany Lang paced the Knights in the 6K, finished 18^th overall in the pool of 94 runners. She crossed the finish line in a time of 27:11. Brianna Reis came in 32^nd with a time of 28:27. Nicole Rosati and Brenna McCloskey finished with times of 30:36 and 30:50, respectively. Shirley Joseph rounded out the Knights, crossing the finish line in a time of 45:45.

Colin Kane led the men, finishing the 8K with a time of 31:40. Saw Htoo Dai crossed the line in a time of 42:45.

Neumann will host the Colonial States Athletic Conference Championship on November 2 at the Belmont Plateau.
