ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's soccer team opened Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) with a 1-0 win against Baptist Bible College on Saturday afternoon.

Neumann dominated the first half, holding the Defenders to no shots while the Knights took 15. However, Neumann could not get a shot past BBC's keeper.

Mike Atallian finally broke the scoreless tie with a goal in the 64^th minute. Tben Donnie threaded the ball past some Defenders and Atallian beat the goalie for his fourth goal of the season.

The 1-0 game is the fourth straight for the Knights and fifth overall this season. Neumann is 4-1 in the 1-0 contests.

Neumann's defense held BBC to just two shots in the game, and Alex Lacko made one save to preserve the shutout, his fifth of the year.

Neumann (5-2-2, 1-0 CSAC) heads back out on the road to Gwynedd Mercy for CSAC action on Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00 PM.
