Box Score LA PLUME, Pa. – The Neumann University men's soccer team rallied in the second half to defeat Keystone College 2-1 in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action on Saturday afternoon.
Keystone opened the scoring quickly, finding the back of the net just 48 seconds into the game.
Tben Donnie was finally able to break through in the 56th minute, heading the ball into the net off a long throw in by Vince Cortese. Donnie then scored his second goal, flicking the ball over the Giants keeper, in the 82nd minute to put the Knights up 2-1. Abu Donzo tallied the assist on the game-winner.
Dan Jones made one save for the win. Neumann doubled up Keystone in shots, 14-7.
Neumann (7-8-1, 7-0 CSAC) hosts Centenary on Tuesday afternoon in conference action beginning at 4:00 PM.
