ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Neumann University women's basketball team defeated Cedar Crest College 81-38 on Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play.

JoHanna Metzger med the Knights with 17 points and 13 rebounds for another double-double. Alex Fernandez netted 15 points. Jessica Schlesman tallied 11 points and Lauren Legler added 10.

The Knights held the pace from the beginning and never looked back. Neumann held an 11-1 lead after the first five minutes. The Knights were up 41-16 at the half.

Neumann continued to build its lead during the second half to come away with the 81-38 win.

Neumann (6-7, 3-1 CSAC) will host Keystone on Monday in conference action beginning at 7:00 PM.
