ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's tennis team opened up Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play with a 5-4 win against Cabrini College on Thursday afternoon.

Trevor Hoopes and Todd Del Sordo opened the match with a win at second doubles, 9-7, for the Knights lone point.

Neumann would go on and take four out of six points in singles action. Travis Hall pulled away with a point at first singles, 6-3, 6-3. Hoopes took the fourth singles by forfeit, 6-2, 3-1. Del Sordo won fifth singles, 6-0, 6-4. Nick Manza wrapped up the match at sixth singles, 6-3, 6-2.

Neumann (2-0, 1-0 CSAC) will travel to Baptist Bible on Saturday to continue conference action.  The match gets underway at 4:00 PM.
