ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team fell 6-0 in the 2015 season opener on Tuesday evening.

The Eagles opened the scoring in the 14th minute and were able to net four goals in the first half. Eastern added two goals in the second half for the 6-0 final.

Kristen Montgomery made eight saves in net for the Knights, all coming in the second half. Brooke Harvey led the Knights with two shots. Neumann was outshot 24-4.

Neumann (0-1) travels to Swarthmore on Saturday for more non-conference action beginning at 1:00 PM.
