Box Score ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's soccer team fell to Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) rival Cabrini University on Tuesday evening.

Shane Smith made six saves for Neumann in the loss.
Billy Swontek led the Knights attack, generating five shots on the night.
Both teams created a few early chances, but it was Cabrini who got on the board first off a corner kick in the 37
th minute. The game would head to halftime with the Cavaliers holding a 1-0 lead and an 8-4 edge in shots.
Neumann would respond by controlling play in the second half. The Knights orchestrated several quality opportunities to score, but were denied each time by the Cabrini keeper. The game would remain 1-0 until late in the second half, when the Cavaliers notched an insurance marker on a counter attack in the 83
rd minute to seal the win. The match would finish with Cabrini holding a narrow 18-16 advantage in shots.
Neumann (3-10, 1-3 CSAC) returns to the field on Saturday, October 15
th for a matchup versus CSAC rival Centenary University. Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 PM.
