ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team is the No. 5 seed in the Atlantic East postseason and will head to Immaculata University on Saturday for first round action.
The Knights faced Immaculata just last Saturday but fell by a 1-0 score.
For the season, Neumann is led by
Kaitlin Thomas with six goals.
Belle Hughes has netted five goals while
Danni Elman has four.
Anna Attardi has seen the most time in the net. She has a 1.58 goals-against-average in 11 games and has made 36 saves.
The other first round game will see No. 3 Cabrini host No. 6 Marymount. The winners will travel to No. 1 Marywood and No. 2 Wesley for semifinal action on Wednesday, November 6. Those winners will face-off for the second Atlantic East Championship on Saturday, November 9.
