Women’s Soccer Falls on the Road

CHESTER, Pa. – The Neumann University women's soccer team fell to Widener University, 2-0, on Tuesday evening.
 
The first half was a tough match up between the Knights and Pride leading into a scoreless halftime. In the second half it was Widener who put two goals in the back of the net to take the 2-0 win.
 
Neumann was outshot 16-0, 6-0 on goal. Anna Attardi had four saves between the pipes.
 
Neumann (2-1-2) will prepare to face Lancaster Bible College on Thursday afternoon. The match is set to begin at 4:00 PM.
